A bloodied and battered girl gasps and sobs in a room filled with Hellraiser chains. She has a standard jigsaw trap around her head. A TV turns on. A masked man speaks to her in a grim tone – well, like a mong to be honest, thus begins flashbacks of why and how she got there. She appears to be a cop, or ex-Army mercenary, which I understand. We watch her endure many tests, like walking barefoot on broken glass, getting stabbed by nails, and more. She meets a guy she pointed a gun at in a previous flashback. I don’t know why he’s there, but they have to work together for a while. Oh yeah, there’s a random masked psychotic weirdo in the joke formula.
